  I help run my family's business and we ship packages weekly through this post office. Great people, friendly and fast! Any complaints should not be on them: You gave the wrong address The employees do not have control over pricing or shipping speed

  I doubt I will ever go back to this location due to one employee. Joe was extremely unconsidering. I was shipping off 7 packages for sponsoring kids back in Texas. I was there packaging my items since 11:20 and didn't finish till right at 11:50. He kept telling me you know we close at 12:00 right you know we close at 12:00. Then I wrote one thing wrong on my address and he was like uh we shouldn't send this off, you don't have a good address. Mind you I still have all my addresses in hand so I spotted my mistake right away and fixed it and said no I'll be mailing it off. He just looked at me with a disgusted look. Keeps referring to them getting of at 12 and have a truck to still unload at 12:30. I get it you wanna go home, but I was still in there before 12 so please don't keep telling me the obvious. We all want to go home at the time we are supposed to, but life doesn't always work the way we want. I only gave two stars because the other worked Ralph was amazing. Very accommodating. Very patient with things that were messed up here and there and helped me with all the packages he was doing for me also. I come to this post office atleast once a week at a minimum. This was quite disgusting the experience I had today. I get off work late almost everyday, but my life goes on.

  Drop your packages off at the Poway post office I dropped mine off at 11:30 on my lunch break and they're already in tracking by 11:40 when I get back to work excellent service Poway post office

  I have had 3 bad experiences with this post office. 2 of those involved the same man. Randy Wilcox.....very rude, horrible customer service and down right mean. On 2 occasions i had to go in and ask questions, once on a money order and once on picking up mail for my mother who was in the hospital, i just needed to know what the rules were and what i needed to do to be able to get her mail for her and he did not just explain, he slammed his hand down on the counter multiple times without it being necessary to do so. He took pleasure in being so cruel. A nice man who witnessed it actually stopped me on the way out and apologized for his rude behavior, he was just another man there to get his mail!
