- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆UPDATE: BANK MANAGER IS NEW AND NOT HELPFUL. DO NOT EXPECT GREAT BANKING SERVICE. ONE MANS OPINION! I went in to make a mortgage payment for my disabled mothers home loan account, 04-15-2016, and was told by the teller that their banking policy as of 03-22-2016 does not allow any person or family member to make a cash payment into the bank for a mortgage account and if you are not on the mortgage account or do not have an account with them since I am her son and co-trustee to her estate that I cannot make payment for her, since she is still alive but disabled. The only way they will accept a payment is a money order, cashiers check or a personal or business check. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AND SENIOR ABUSE LAWS THAT THEY DO NOT APPARENTLY UNDERSTAND WHICH WILL BE FORMALLY ADDRESSED WITH OUR ATTORNEY. Apparently the banks (ALL OF THEM) want to take your property (bank accounts, savings, land, homes, etc.) and screw the person for more money in terms of late fees, etc. Chase Bank is the worst bank and I have had past accounts with Washington Mutual who was acquired by Chase Bank and I closed my accounts within a year after that due to their bad banking policies during 2010 to 2011. Sounds like they are getting more strict with their policies and who in their right mind would not take cash for a mortgage payment! THEY JUST WANT MORE LATE FEES AND TO CAUSE EMOTIONAL DISTRESS WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS OR NON-CUSTOMERS IN MY CASE! I will never bank with them in the future and I do not recommend banking with them at all. Go find a good credit union and stick with them!By D arrin, September 22, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Friendly service and conveniently located. But the woman who sold me ammunition took the liberty of physically showing me an AR-15 that was recently sold. I didn't know it was okay to display or show a firearm to someone that belonged to someone else. Secondly and most importantly. .. she DID NOT clear and secure the firearm by pulling the magazine out, and making sure there were no rounds in the chamber. Very unsafe! And she called the magazine a clip! The hell??? She also didn't know the true meaning of an assault weapon. Thanks for the ammo, but I won't be coming here again.By Matt Hartwick, August 28, 2017
